This Application is preferred by the defendant for condonation of 232 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 16.08.2012 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur in Special Civil Suit No. 242 of 2008.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus :

"a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone delay of 232 days in filing the above mentioned First Appeal."
