Learned APP submitted that the charge-sheet is filed against the Applicant-accused. Copy of the report dated 01st July, 2023 is filed today. The same is taken on record and marked as Annexure "X". It mentions that he was arrested and granted regular bail apprehension of arrest is not there. They have opposed for bail. In view of his conduct, however law will take it' s own course.

The offence is registered with Shantinagar police station, with section 307, 323, 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

If the Applicant has not taken bail from the concerned Court, he may do so and Court may grant him bail of appropriate amount. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
