Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The Hindu Marriage Application No.90 of 2015 filed by the Applicant husband before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division at Pune and the Misc. Application No.812 of 2015 filed by the Respondent wife and her daughter under the Domestic Violence Act, before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Cantonment Pune, are transferred to the Family Court, at Pune for being heard along with the P.A.No.127 of 2015 filed by the Respondent wife seeking restitution of conjugal rights. (ii)The parties shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Pune on 23rd June, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., and obtain necessary directions. (iii)The above Misc.
