Mr. Praveen Samdani, Senior Advocate a/w Pratik Sakseria I/by Maniar Srivastava Associates, Advocates for Respondent No.2. Mr. S. V. Marne, Advocate for Respondent No.3. CORAM : B. R. GAVAI & DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, JJ.
DATE : 10th APRIL 2019 P.C.
1] It is the grievance of the Petitioners that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are charging higher fees than to which they are entitled to.
2] The complete mechanism is provided under the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011. The Petitioners can very well take recourse to the said provisions to raise their grievance. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is therefore rejected.
