This is an application for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing an application for leave to appeal, challenging acquittal of the Respondent of the offences punishable under sections 304-A, 279, 337, 338 of IPC as well as under Section 184 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988. The delay caused in filing an application for prs 1/2

9 appln 483-16-cr leave to appeal is sufficiently explained in the affidavit filed by the Applicant-State. The averments therein are not countered. 4.

In this view of the matter, for the stated reasons, the application is allowed condoning the delay in filing an application for leave to appeal.
