Petitioner-husband is relying upon his complaint to local police dated 6th April 2018 to urge that respondent No.2-wife has given a false complaint to police. In her statement, respondent No. 2 appears to have claimed complaint dated 6th April 2018 lodged by petitioner, to be incorrect. During hearing, we find that charge-sheet is already presented.

In this situation, we find that contentions of petitioners can be better appreciated by trial Court where all documents are available. Hence, keeping all contentions open and without observing SQ Pathan 1/2
