1] Shri Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time for taking instructions. According to him, Petitioner is not in contact with him.

2] On 3/1/2020 and 6/1/2020, matter was time and again passed over and adjourned. The order impugned is passed by the Family Court on 13/4/2016 whereby maintenance of Rs 2000/- is awarded to the wife and 1/2

(901) WP-10561-18.doc child. The order is holding field since 13/4/2016. There is no interim relief operating in the matter. Apart from above, Petitioner claims to be mechanic. In the wake of his status, considering his each day' s income to be minimum of Rs 3000/-, award of maintenance of Rs 2000/- per month to his wife and child i.e. in all Rs 4000/- appears to be quite reasonable.
