The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that trial has commenced and the substantive evidence of two witnesses is recorded. In view of this, the learned Special Court seized with MCOCA Special Case No.11 of 2014 shall make an endeavour to expedite the trial as far possible.

The learned Special Court shall ensure that the accusedappellant is produced before the Court on every date and shall not grant any adjournment to the prosecution.
