By this Petition under section 114 r/w Order-XLVII, Rule-1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioner has sought review of the order dated 4th May, 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.114 of 2018. 4.

Mr. Kudle states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of his "Pan Card", which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Kudle, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
