The applicant's counsel informs the Court that applicant no.1A died on 31st October 2018. Later with a delay of 169 days, the remaining applicants filed applications for having the names of the deceased applicants deleted from the array of the parties. According to her, no other legal representatives need to be brought on record because the deceased applicant already stands sufficiently represented.

2. I, therefore, besides condoning the delay if any, allow prayer clauses (A) and (b) in Civil Application NO.1706/2019. Both the counsel may get ready with the final arguments. Post the matter in four weeks finally.
