The learned Counsel for the intervenor submits that the trial Court has already framed the charges and issued the witness summons. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present Application for bail. The Bail Application is rejected. The trial Court shall however endeveour to conclude the trial as early as possible. 2.

In view of the disposal of the present bail Application, the Interim Application for intervenor does not survive and the same also stands disposed of.
