Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this Writ Petition, by directing the Additional Chief Land Survey Officer, CIDCO (Garjepoti), to decide the petitioner's representation dated 13.1.2015 copy of which is annexed as Exhibit "F" page No.27 to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Additional Chief Land Survey Officer, shall decide the Petitioner's representation independently and in accordance with law. All 1/2 32 WP 8586 OF 2015.doc

points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 3.

During pendency and till decision on the said representation, both parties to maintain status quo as of today regarding the structure which is subject matter of this petition.

In the event, any order adverse to the petitioner's interest, same shall not executed for a period two weeks from the date of communication to that effect.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
