This is an application for extension of time to comply with order dated 8th January, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 1048 of 2017. The applicant was permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 16,66,000/- deposited by the accused in this Court in furtherance of order dated 12th October, 2017. Registry was directed to release the amount of Rs. 16,66,000/- to the present applicant after complying with the necessary formalities such as undertaking etc. within period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 2.

For the reasons stated in this application, time to comply with the necessary formalities in accordance with order dated 8th January, 2018 passed in Criminal Application No. 1048 of 2017 is extended by period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The application stands disposed of.
