The learned counsel for the applicants produced acknowledgment disclosing that insurance company was served on 19th September, 2014, the same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The Application is moved for withdrawal of the amount of award. He submitted that the award is of Rs.11,08,000/- with 7.5% interest. 3.

None present for the insurance company. At this stage, as the applicants have not received any money except Rs.50,000/- towards No fault libaility, therefore, the applicants are allowed to withdraw Rs.10,000/- each. Applicant no. 1 /widow is allowed to withdraw an amount of applicant no. 2/minor son of the deceased.
