This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record legal heirs of deceased sole Appellant. The deceased sole Appellant expired on 28th May, 2021 and the Interim Application is taken out on 28th September, 2021. 2.

Due to Covid Pandemic, the Supreme Court has

02-IA-2282-2022.doc suspended the limitation period from 15th March, 2020 till 28th February, 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in fling the Interim Application. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
