This Civil Application is taken out for restoration of the Writ Petition No.5634 of 2014. The Writ Petition was dismissed for nonprosecution by Order dated 22nd February, 2017. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) payable to the Juvenile Justice Fund within four weeks from today. 3.

Needless to say, that the order of Status-quo granted on 10th salgaonkar
