We have perused FIR. We are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. Respondent No.2 Complainant, has on 6 December 2013 while lodging FIR given necessary facts and offence is under Section 354(A) and Section 166 of Indian Penal Code. Hence with liberty to the Applicant to take necessary steps before the trial Court and keeping all contentions of parties open, we dispose of present proceedings.
