In response to the Court query learned APP informs that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. 2.

This Court by order dated 7th October, 2021 has granted adinterim protection having regard to the unexplained delay in lodging FIR. 3.

Counsel for the applicant volunteered that applicant shall surrender mobile phone of the applicant to the Investigating Officer within one week.

In that view of the matter, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer from 23rd November, 2021 to 26th November, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
