Civil Judge, Sr. Division, at Kalyan and thus the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the aforesaid petition.

In view of the preacipe, Advocate for the Petitioner is allowed to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally.

Hence, the petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
