The Petition is filed on 16 July 2019. The direction is sought by two member of Respondent No.4- sugar factory to operate its functions. Prayer is also sought to decide the application of Respondent No.4 dated 17 October 2018 as expeditiously as

17. WP 10157.19.doc possible. It appears that the liquidator was appointed on Respondent No.4. Thereafter, an administrator was appointed. The Petition has remained pending without any orders. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents points out that there must have been various subsequent developments. None of them have been brought on record. In these circumstances, no purpose will be served in keeping the Petition pending. If as on today any cause survives or some other grievance is present, then a relief can always be sought by initiating substantive proceedings. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
