After the matter was argued for some time, I am of the opinion that the Writ Petition can be disposed of with certain directions.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions :- (i).

The Respondent (Husband) without prejudice to his rights and contentions will deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- in 1/2

907-wp10181-23.doc Family Court at Pune within 15 days from today and thereafter without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the Petitioner can withdraw the said amount.

(ii).

In case in future there are orders passed by the Court whereby the amount to be paid to Petitioner (Wife) is less than Rs.15,00,000/-, then the amount which is in excess, would have to be adjusted in future maintenance. The Family Court, Pune would have right to decide all such calculation, and pass an order accordingly.

(iii).

The Family Court, Pune will decide Darkhast Application No.140 of 2021, Darkhast Application No.201 of 2021, Darkhast Application No.141 of 2022, and Darkhast Application No.192 of 2022, filed by the Petitioner (Wife) along with Application Exhibit - 27, filed by the Respondent (Husband) within a period of one month from today.

(iv).

The parties if desire to file any kind of replies to the Application, they are permitted to do so within one week from today.
