Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. This is second application for suspension of sentence and for bail. The previous application being Criminal Application No. 560 of 2018 has been rejected by this Court by a detailed order on 21.06.2018. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the earlier application was rejected in the year 2018 and the applicant has undergone incarceration for more than 5 years now. In the Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

5 ia 2390-21 alternative, the learned counsel has submitted that Appeal being of the year 2018 be expedited as it is otherwise ready. 3.

In such circumstances, Interim Application is disposed of. 4.

Appeal No. 401 of 2018 be added to the final hearing board commencing from 06.12.2021.
