No.296 of 2019, registered with the Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, the police have filed a 'B' Summary Report on 23rd June 2021. Learned APP has tendered a report of P.I. - Arvind Shirke, attached to Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai. The said report is taken on record. 2.
Learned APP states that in the event the police intend to apprehend the applicants, they will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicants. Statement accepted.
