The dispute is settled. The Award was in the amount of Rs. 8,51,000/-. The amount awarded with interest has been deposited. It is agreed that the Appellant will be entitled to receive in lumpsum an amount of Rs. 1 lakh of which Rs 25,000/- will be as a refund of the statutory deposit made in Court. The balance Rs 75,000/- in lumpsum may be withdrawn from the amount deposited with the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal.
