This civil application is arising out of Family Court Appeal No. 190 of 2016, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 28.6.2018. Heard the Applicant appearing in person. None appears for the Respondent. After having heard the Applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 28.6.2018 is recalled and the family court appeal is restored to the file. The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a).
