These are applications for intervention by the first informant in C.R. No. I78/2017 registered with Market Yard Police Station, Pune. For the reasons stated in therein, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicants in ABA Nos. 1267 of 2017 and 1268 of 2017 are hereby directed to implead the first informant/complainant Smt. Leela Sudam Kalbhor as Respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the applications to be served upon the learned Counsel appearing for the first Respondent within the same +stipulated period.
