Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent. The Director of the establishment, who is authorised officer of the petitioner company as well as the respondent are present in court. Their identity have been duly verified by the respective counsel.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties.

In the present case, the petitioner establishment is closed since 2013. The establishment has arrived at an amicable settlement with the respondent. The respondent received an amount of Rs. 1,14,616/- towards full and final settlement in respect of his dues from the Petitioner. That the settlement is qua the respondent alone and shall not be used as precedent to settle the claims of any other workmen. It is also agreed between the parties that they shall not have any claim against each other and/or any other sister concerns of the Petitioner, Talwalkar

1.wp8126.18.doc after arriving at full and final settlement in the present writ petition. Rule is made absolute in terms of the above settlement and the petition stands disposed of.
