The application for status quo filed by the petitioners/ appellants was rejected by the appellate Court and the said order is under challenge in this petition. In the main appeal, the challenge is on the ground of limitation and the issue of jurisdiction under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending before the appellate Court. The matter is pertaining to access road .

Considering the above facts, the parties to maintain status quo till the pending appeal and the learned Judge of the trial Court to endeavor to dispose of the appeal on or before 31st July 2017. Considering the disputes involved between the parties, the trial Court may explore the chance of amicable settlement between the parties. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
