That, the said Settlement Deed has been placed on record before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 3952 of 2022 filed by the Respondent No.2. That, by an Order dated 20th February, 2023, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has accepted the said settlement.
