P.C.:- Ms. Ganediwala learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioners and Respondent No.2 have resolved their differences and issues involved in the present Petition and all allied litigations and have entered into settlement. That, the said Settlement Deed has been placed on record before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 3952 of 2022 filed by the Respondent No.2. That, by an Order dated 20th February, 2023, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has accepted the said settlement.
