2) This is an application for intervention by a witness in CR No.281 of 2015 registered with Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai. 3) The witness is not the complainant. The law provides that the witness shall go to the Police Station and get his statement recorded. The present application is misconceived and against the fundamental principles of law. The applicant-witness has no locus-standi to file such application. 4) The application is accordingly dismissed.
