The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this application is moved to serve respondent nos.1 to 3 by way of substituted service by publishing the extract of the Writ Petition in two daily newspapers (I) The Free Press Journal (English Daily) and (ii) Navshakti (Maratahi Daily).

In view of the above submission, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
