Mr.Sawant, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions from the applicant who is present in court states that the respondent had filed Divorce Petition No. 1200 of 2014 in the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan and has withdrawn the said proceedings. He also submits that the applicant has filed an application under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act against the respondent inter alia praying for interim maintenance for Rs.20,000/- per month in the court of Family Court, Pune which proceedings are not attended by the respondent. He submits that the respondent has also not paid any amount of maintenance to the applicant which causes tremendous hardship upon the applicant. He submits that the Petition alongwith Maintenance Application bearing No.0200496 of 2015 filed by the applicant under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act be expedited. In view of the fact that the respondent has already withdrawn the Divorce Petition No.1200 of 2014, this miscellaneous civil application for transfer of the said proceedings does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.

Hearing of the Application bearing No.0200496 of 2015 filed by the applicant before the Family Court, Pune is expedited. 3.

The Family Court, Pune shall make an endevour to dispose of the said application for interim maintenance within six months from the date of communication of this order and shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the party.

The respondent is directed to co-operate with the applicant and with the learned Family Court, Pune for expeditious disposal of the said application. 5.

The parties as well as the Family Court, Pune to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

The applicant is directed to communicate this order to the respondent. 7.

Miscellaneous civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
