This Interim Application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased original Respondent Nos.5 and 6. 2.

Since some of the proposed legal heirs of the deceased Respondent Nos.5 and 6 are already on record as Respondent Nos.1 to 4. Therefore Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and proposed Respondent No.5-E / 6-E, Respondent Nos.5-F / 6-F be brought on record as legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.5 and 6. 3.

I have heard both the sides. For the reasons stated in the 1/2

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO.51 OF 2017 1.

The learned counsel for the parties state that a short issue is involved in this matter, and the matter can be disposed at an early date. The parties agree to file a compilation of document, short synopsis along with their preposition of law and authorities relied upon by them within three weeks from today.

The matter to come up for final hearing in the week commencing from 23 October 2023.
