On 22nd May, 2018 this Court made the following order. "None appeared for the parties today and yesterday. As the advocate on record of the petitioner has been designated as Senior Advocate, the Registry to issue Court service notice to the petitioner, returnable on 17th July 2018 informing him to engage the services of another advocate."

Today when the matter is called out, neither the Petitioner nor his advocate is present. Even as early as on 9th October, 2017 this Petition was kept for dismissal since neither the Petitioner nor his advocate had appeared in the matter.

Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

4.

The interim order if any, to stand vacated.
