Heard Mr. Thorat, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner and Mr. Paranjpe, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents at length.

Both the learned Advocates submitted that it would be in the interest of justice if the pending Regular Civil Suit No.140 of 2004 on the file of 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Vasai which is at the stage of evidence is expedited by this Court within a time bound programme. The request made by both the learned Advocates is fair. 3.

Learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Vasai is requested to expedite the Suit and decide the same within a period of three months from today. Needless to state that the impugned order dated 19.04.2022 shall stands quashed and set aside.
