By these petitions, the petitioners seek the implementation of the orders of the Grievance Committee that are confirmed by the Management 1 / 2

By the judgment dated 15.1.2015 and 16.1.2015, this Court has allowed the writ petitions filed by the Management and has set aside the orders of the Management Council that are sought to be implemented. In view of this development, the cause for filing the writ petitions would not survive.
