ORDER :

(a) The Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) To quash the FIR registered by Oshiwara Police Station on 05.11.2015 being C.R. No.481/2015 on the Complaint of Mrs. Lazeena the 2nd Respondent herein, for offences punishable u/s 498-(A), 323, 504, 406, 506 r/w 34 of I.P.C. And all consequential actions/proceedings initiated

ash wp-2789.16 by the Oshiwara Police in connection thereof in the interest of justice."

(b) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
