By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of the bail granted to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 25th Court, Mazgaon at Sewree, Mumbai vide orders dated 15th July 2017 and 18th July 2017 (C.R. No.207 of 2017, registered with the Byculla Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code).

Having perused the impugned orders dated 15th July 2017 and 18th July 2017, no infirmity is found in the said orders. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, there is no merit in the application. The application is accordingly dismissed.
