Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that pursuant to the order dated 3.4.2023, the Applicant have appeared before the Investigating Officer. The bail was sought to be canceled mainly for the reason that the Respondent herein had not furnished the original Sale Deed. Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the original Sale Deed was Digitally signed by PRASANNA P SALGAONKAR Date:

In view of the statement that the original Sale Deed is filed before the Civil Court, and considering the fact that the Respondent have already reported to the Investigating Officer, in my considered view, no case is made out for cancellation of bail.

The Applicant shall comply with all the conditions in Bail Order dated 24.08.2021 in ABA/1747/2021 and ABA/1578/2021. 4.
