Heard learned counsel for Applicant and learned APP for State. This is an application seeking amendment in the appeal preferred by the Applicant for incorporating new addresses of Respondent nos.2 to 4 in place of existing addressees. Learned counsel for Applicant submitted that notice issued by this Court could not be served upon said Respondents on the ground that addresses were incomplete. In view of the fact that present application is preferred for incorporating new addresses of Respondent nos.2 and 4, Criminal Application No.995 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a).
