The learned APP has placed on record a report submitted by the Investigating Officer along with a copy of the Judgment and Order dated 23rd February 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad Alibag, in Sessions Case No.117 of 2010. The said Judgment and Order shows that the present Petitioner has been acquitted of the offence alleged in the impugned First Information Report. Hence, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of.
