In view of the order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3346 of 2021, the evidence led by the trial Court pursuant to the said order dated 26th August 2021 will have to be effaced from the record. As noted in Criminal Writ Petition No.3346 of 2021, the petitioner will have no objection if Amit Gangar or the Bank Manager of the concerned bank is examined for bringing on record the bank statement of Amit Gangar, in accordance with law.
