1] The applicant has impugned the Order dated 21st July 2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai in Anticipatory Bail Application No.484 of 2018.

2] The learned counsel for applicant submitted that, after recording submissions of the concerned Advocate at page No.30 (internal page No.4) though the learned Additional Sessions Judge has observed that 'the applicant/accused has made out prima facie case', has proceeded to pass Order rejecting the application without giving reasoning for the same. 1/2

In view thereof, the following Order:- (i) Impugned Order dated 21st July 2018 is hereby set aside and the Anticipatory Bail Application No.484 of 2018 is restored to file of the concerned learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai. (ii) The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai is requested to give at least minimum possible reasons for rejecting the application. (iii) Applicant is directed to remain present before the concerned Court on 1st August 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
