P.C.:
1.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of the application filed by the petitioner for parole, this petition is filed. It appears that due to the adverse past record of the petitioner, his application was rejected. 2.
Be that as it may, after lapse of prescribed period after rejection of application for parole/furlough as the case may be, convict is entitled to apply to file fresh application. In that view of the matter, leaving open remedy as may be available in law to the petitioner, the petition deserves to be disposed of. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of. (MILIND N. JADHAV, J.)
