This application received through Jail seeks expeditious hearing of the proceedings on the ground that the applicant is an under trial prisoner for a substantially long time. The application was made on 6th July, 2015. Mr. Gandhi appointed for the applicant states that subsequently by the order dtd. 28th October, 2015, the Sessions Court, Kalyan has granted bail to him. In view thereof, the reason for expeditious hearing is no more available. Hence, the application is dismissed.
