1] This is an application received through jail. The applicant has stated that, he is in jail since last five and half years, as a under trial prisoner. That the Sessions Case pertaining to CR No.I-6 of 2010 is not proceeding. He has further stated that in last four years only one witness has been examined by the prosecution. He therefore prayed that the trial arising out of CR No.I-6 of 2010 registered with Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur, District-Thane be expedited.

2] The learned APP on instructions submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine about 24 more witnesses and it may take about eight months to conclude the trial.

3] In view of the above, the Trial Court seized of the trial arising out of the CR No.I-6 of 2010 registered with Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur, District-Thane is hereby directed to conclude the trial of the

Dond 2/2 appp.686-2015.sxw said case within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. 4] The application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. The Registry is directed to send copy of this order to the applicant who is in Kalyan Central Prison.
