Prayer clause (a) reads as under:- "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order thereby transferring the Hindu Marriage Petition No.156 of 2018 pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule to the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Niphad."
