However it appears that though the applicant is seeking bail for the offences punishable under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the complainant is not made party. The applicant shall make the complainant as party respondent to the present application. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within one week. 2.

The learned APP submits that the complainant is not in a position to engage private Advocate. The Legal Services Authority shall provide an Advocate from Legal Aid Panel to represent the complainant/respondent.
