1] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 24 July 2015 made by the Family Court No. 4, Mumbai, recasting certain issues.

2] During the pendency of this petition, the main petition no.A1264 of 2011 has itself been disposed of purportedly on 14 August 2015. Further, the petitioner has also instituted a substantive appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 14 August 2015. 3] In view of the aforesaid development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Needless to state that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take contentions which he has raised in the present petition in the substantive appeal, if, such contentions have not already been raised.

4] With the aforesaid observations, present petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
