Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

By these applications, the applicants are praying for setting aside of the order dated 18 July 2017, by which the petitions came to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

I have perused the averments as made in the Civil Applications. The reasons for the applicants not remaining present when the matters were taken up for hearing appear to be bonafide. It is, therefore, in the interest of justice that the order dated 18 July 2017 passed in these petitions is recalled and the petitions are restored to the file of the Court. The applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.

Office is directed to list these petitions as per their turn in the week commencing from 25 September 2017.
